MISSION

WWM specializes in HIIT and lifting group training programs for women of all body types. WWM empowers women mentally and physically to build self confidence. 

 

Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, tone, or gain weight our programs will advance you to the next level.

How do I sign up? 

Click on the Monthly Memberships tab and create an account by adding your email and creating a password. Choose a plan that best works for you. We offer anywhere from 8 classes a month to unlimited classes.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a water bottle and a small sweat towel. Make sure to sign the waiver you get in the email before class. 

 

The recommended shoes for classes are flat shoes for strength days Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays/Saturdays and running/jumping shoes for full body days Tuesdays/Thursdays. 

Do you have a shower?

We do not have a shower but we do provide dry shampoo, deodorant spray and much more. 

I don’t live nearby but would love to do the classes. How can I still join?

We offer online previously recorded classes through Zoom. You will get an email link to complete the classes. You do need basic equipment at home like dumbbells, mat, and medicine ball.

How do I cancel the membership?
